About Us
After traveling the world for the past few years and being based out of China, I began to ask myself: Why is it that there are only Italian style coffees in cafes around the world? Even the ubiquitous Americano had been invented there, which is a story in itself.
I’ve tasted delicious styles and blends of coffee from around the world and feel it’s simply a waste that these amazing ways of making this magical brew are being squandered.
That’s when I decided to start documenting the different kinds of coffee I have come across in my travels, whatever history I can learn about them, and how you can make them in your own home.
